We offer a re-potting service and one-off maintenance visits in London + Margate for those plant lovers who want a helping hand in the Spring once they are at the end of their dormant period. The perfect time of year for this is April til September, so we only offer bookings from the end of March to the end of September.
Update 1st March 2024: The wait-list is now full & we will open again when we have the capacity, towards the summer months.
If you need some advice or not sure what to do next, we do offer online consultation services for advice on your plants & sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it reopens.

What are the steps to book in?
We have updated our process for 2023 so that we have more accurate information & can get booked in with us with less fuss.

We want to know what plants you have & what care they need, so our first step is to always book a video consultation.

We will send a link for you to upload photos & send measurements of your plants so we bring the right kit for repotting.

Once we have all of the information needed, we send a quote over plus a booking link.

Use your link to book a slot with us to suit you, and pay your £40 deposit.

We are based in Hackney, and as a small team with the bike being our main mode of transport, we currently have certain areas we cover as part of this service:
E1, E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, E16, EC, WC, W1, N1, N5, N7, N16, SE1, SE10, SW9
We are sorry if you are based outside of these areas - but as we grow then our area of coverage will get larger.

Whilst it is repotting season, we still have our regular clients in office/cafes/pubs across London & Margate, so we need to ensure we allocate time to everyone.

Repotting slots get filled up very quickly, so any last minute changes mean loss of money for us & we want to ensure we have time for everyone.
You can cancel for free up to 2 weeks before, and lose just 50% of the deposit 7 days before. No refund available within 7 days of the booking.
