Now those restrictions are lifted, many of us are looking for a connection with our fellow humans more than ever. Whether you enjoyed participating in online events & would like to seek out more, or you are ready to dive into real-life experiences, there is something out there for everyone within the plant community. Here are a few of our suggestions:

Attend Markets.

There are so many incredible markets around, which are brilliant to find new & rare plants from loads of suppliers in one place. They are also a fantastic opportunity to ask for advice! Greenrooms Market have been putting on markets since 2018, and you can take a look at their upcoming events here.

Online Plant Swap Groups.

If you are anything like us, we have cuttings all over the house which evolve into multiples of the same plant. So why not swap with your neighbours? It is a great way to expand your collection for free! Go & check out Facebook for your nearest group.

In real life Plant Swaps.

Want to swap plants but prefer to do it with a beer in hand? Plant swaps happen all over the place, and we even held one last year. Bring along multiple healthy plants, chat to plant lovers & leave with some new plant babies. Check out Another Plant Swap on Instagram, and watch this space for a Plants ‘n’ Pints event with us this Spring.

Join an online plant community.

When talking about plant communities, we couldn’t not talk about The Plant Sitters Club: The membership for houseplant enthusiasts who want to nurture their collection, connect with other plant lovers & learn new skills. What’s involved? Private members group for one month, 121 personalised consultation & a repotting workshop - all for £35! See you there 😘
